moveThe purpose of MOVE is to select tools and establish methods and standards based on existing European initiatives which can be used to bring about changes in attitude and behaviour and lead to more rational use of transport.

The target groups of the project are local government, the general public and business.

The primary result of the project is the execution of a demonstration project on mobility in transport.

In the case of EVE, the project consists of designing and applying a Sustainable Mobility Plan for public companies, which will be implemented in the Plaza Bizkaia Building. The plan will reduce the impact resulting from the mobility of employees commuting to and from work and travelling on company business.

The project is intended to achieve the following results:

  • Energy saving and reduction in environmental impact
  • Cost-savings for employees and companies
  • Less pressure in terms of parking
  • Improvement in access to the workplace for workers, transport and visitors
  • Improvement in health and safety
  • Improvement in corporate image
